Terms: – Net 30 days to schools and public agencies. – Educators should include check, credit card number, or purchase order. – All payments must be in U.S. funds. – Prices and product content subject to change without notice. Shipping & Handling: – UPS ground delivery will be made approximately 7–10 days after receipt of order. Backorders will ship when available. – All materials shipped within the continental U.S. via UPS F.O.B. shipping point. Add 10% for shipping and handling; minimum $9.95. FREE shipping on orders of $250 or more within the continental U.S. All materials will be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via the U.S. Postal Service. – UPS, next day air and 2nd day air are available upon request. Handling fees will apply. – Canadian orders will be shipped Air Parcel Post Insured.Actual Air Parcel Post charges apply. A $15.00 handling fee will be added. Crystals’ shipping policy does not apply to any Shorewood print orders. All Shorewood prints will be drop–shipped directly from New York Graphic Society, Waterbury, NY. Satisfaction & Return Policy: Crystal guarantees 100% complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return any material in saleable condition for 100% refund less shipping.
