UPS ground delivery will be made approximately 7–10 days after receipt of order. Backorders will ship when available.
All materials shipped within the continental U.S. via UPS F.O.B. shipping point.
Shipping and handling for all web orders is $9.95.
At this time Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are not available for online orders. Please call (800) 255–8629 for overnight and two-day shipping.
All materials will be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via U.S. Postal Service.
Crystals’ shipping policy does not apply to any Shorewood print orders. All Shorewood prints will be drop–shipped directly from New York Graphic Society, Waterbury, NY. Actual shipping charges will apply and orders will ship complete only. Substitutions may apply. Shorewood prints are not returnable.
At this time we are only able to ship online orders to addresses in the United States. Please call (800) 255–8629 or (847) 657–8144 to place an order from Canada or overseas and for information about our Canadian and International distributors.

Crystal guarantees 100% complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return any material in saleable condition for a 100% refund less shipping.
All material should be returned within 60 days of date of purchase. Return materials to Crystal Productions, Returns Department, 1812 Johns Drive, Glenview, IL 60025. Please include a copy of your packing slip with an explanation for your return. See the back of your packing slip for specific return instructions.
